The Original Pancake House will be opening a new 36,218-square-foot restaurant in Minnetonka, Minnesota at the 7-Hi Shopping Center.
The restaurant has five locations throughout the Twin Cities and more than 100 nationwide. The new Original Pancake House at 7-Hi will open this September at the northwest corner of Highways 7 and 101 in Minnetonka, near Minnetonka High School and just east of Lake Minnetonka.
It will be anchored by U.S. Bank, Caribou Coffee and Wendy’s, and is immediately south of a Super Target store.
Property owner 7-Hi Retail LLC was represented in lease negotiations by Peter Armbrust, Associate Director for Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq. The Original Pancake House will move into the space formerly occupied by Hurricane Grill & Wings.
