Mark Tran has joined the Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance department at the Columbus, Ohio, office of CBRE. He will originate senior housing, healthcare and multi-family loans.
Train joins CBRE from Red Capital Group, where he closed nearly $75 million in FHA financing in 2014. Previously, he handled M&A advisory, commercial credit and banking strategy at National City Bank.
