Owen Wagener & Co. has sold a 22,497-square-foot atrium office building located within the Woodfield Lake Office Court at 927-929 N. Plum Grove Road, Schaumburg.
The property was sold to the Schaumburg Community Church and will be remodeled to accommodate member services and church offices. Located on Woodfield Lake in a park like setting, the atrium aspect of the property created a perfect environment for worship.
Timothy Wagener, CEO, and Carrie Wagener, senior vice president of Owen Wagener & Co. put the transaction together by working with the Village of Schaumburg over a series of months to secure the necessary permits and zoning variances required.
The Schaumburg Community Church made the acquisition to better serve its members and to accommodate future growth of its congregation.
