Mission Capital Advisors was chosen to sell Arlington Town Square, located on a 3.63-acre site at 21 S. Evergreen Ave. on behalf of the owner, CMBS Special Services.
The property is 84 percent leased with retailers that include Ann Taylor Lofts, Joseph A. Bank, Panera Bread, Sports Clips and Starbucks.
