Two new tenants — Kanbu Sushi and The Thrivery — have opened new locations at the 777 Building in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Real estate company Oxford Companies is now seeking a tenant for one additional restaurant space on the first floor of the 777 Building.

The Thrivery offers raw and unpasteurized cold-pressed juices in glass bottles. It also offers smoothies, toast, oats, salads, coffee and espresso. Kanbu Sushi 777 is known for its sushi burritos, poke bowls and ramen. The 777 location will offer a similar menu to the restaurant’s original location in downtown Ann Arbor.

“The addition of The Thrivery and Kanbu to the 777 Building is a huge boon to the neighborhood,” said Wonwoo Lee, chief real estate officer for Oxford Companies.

The 777 Building is located near I-94’s State Street exit, and free parking is available.
