Oxford Commercial has closed the sale of 1260 Rickett Road in Brighton, Michigan. The 7,500-square-foot flex industrial space was 100 percent occupied by RAND Construction and Mutual Electric at the time of the sale.
Oxford’s associate director Alex Perlman represented the seller.
An Oxford-sponsored investment partnership purchased the property in 2007 as part of a portfolio of flex buildings in Washtenaw and Livingston County.
