P.A. Commercial negotiated the lease renewal of 10,000 square feet of office space to FedEx Corporation within Westwood Office Park at 36121 Schoolcraft Road in Southfield, Michigan.
Peter Ventura, chief executive officer andmanaging partner, and Matthew Schiffman, senior associate, represented the landlord in this transaction and worked with representatives of FedEx Corporation.
This lease transaction is a continuation of FedEx’s long-term commitment to Westwood Office Park. FedEx made it a priority to renew its lease during the state of Michigan’s “Stay at Home” order. All parties involved were able to secure the deal while working remotely.
