P.A. Commercial closed the sale of the two-building Quakertown Office Plaza at 32969 and 32985 Hamilton Road in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
P.A. Commercial senior associate Dan Blugerman and associate Mike Gunn facilitated the sale of the 63,807-square-foot opportunity, which sold to office investors Hamilton Plaza LLC for $2.55 million.
Blugerman and Gunn represented both the buyer and seller in this transaction. Prior to the sale, the sellers assigned them the task of finding tenants to improve the vacancy and income to position the property for sale. The seller and agents worked together to sign leases for more than 20 suites before positioning the building to sell.
The agents then approached local investors looking to grow their office holdings and negotiated a sales agreement with the buyer.
