Ethos Laboratories will open a pain-management laboratory in Newport, Ken., a project that should bring 45 jobs in the life-sciences sector to the city.
Ethos Laboratories provides laboratory services, specializing in the area of pain-management. Ethos also offers blood/serum and urinalysis testing.
Ethos purchased a 30,000-square-foot facility at 30 E. Sixth St. in Newport, a building formerly owned by Trauth Dairy.
