Gordon Bros. Steel Warehouse has purchased a 60,000-square-foot industrial building located at 1701 Fulton in Gary, Indiana for the expansion of its operations. The 100-year old steel company chose the 40′ clear height crane building as an additional location to their current facility on West 43rd Street in Chicago.

Features of the rail-served building include two 25 ton cranes with 100′ spans. Rodger Chenore, executive vice president; Jeff Girling, vice president; and Terence Lynch, senior associate of Paine/Wetzel · ONCOR International represented the buyer in the transaction. Keith Grant and Ken Yantek of Colliers Ostendorf-Morris worked on behalf of the seller, Arcelor Mittal.

Mendoza Auto Body Shop recently leased 10,000 square feet of space within a 30,000-square-foot building at 4415 West Cermak in Chicago as the first location of their new business. Jeff Girling, vice president and Terence Lynch, senior associate of Paine/Wetzel · ONCOR International represented both the tenant and the landlord, 4401 Cermak LLC, in the transaction.
