Gordon Bros. Steel Warehouse has purchased a 60,000-square-foot industrial building located at 1701 Fulton in Gary, Indiana for the expansion of its operations. The 100-year old steel company chose the 40′ clear height crane building as an additional location to their current facility on West 43rd Street in Chicago.
Features of the rail-served building include two 25 ton cranes with 100′ spans. Mendoza Auto Body Shop recently leased 10,000 square feet of space within a 30,000-square-foot building at 4415 West Cermak in Chicago as the first location of their new business.
