Ed Wabick, principal of Paine/Wetzel TCN Worldwide, represented Lincoln Dixmoor Property LLC in its purchase of a 240,000-square-foot crane/manufacturing facility located at 14600 S. Lincoln in Harvey.
Lincoln Dixmoor Property LLC, an industrial investment firm, purchased the rail-served crane building on 11 acres of land. The property benefits from having immediate access to the new interchange at I-57 and I-294 and is minutes from I-80.
The building features heavy power and could be used for a variety of industrial uses including manufacturing and distribution. The property will be available for lease and is divisible through Wabick. Burns Commercial Real Estate’s Dan Burns represented the seller, HVY Real Estate, in the transaction.
