Two lease transactions have been signed within a 168,000-square-foot facility located in the Stockyards Industrial Park at 4300 S. Racine in Chicago. New Premiere Metals Recycling Inc. has leased 128,000 square feet of space to accommodate the firm’s expansion and relocation. Mitch Goltz, vice president of Chody Real Estate Corporation represented New Premier Metals Recycling in their transaction.
Sunshine Supply Company has leased 39,968 square feet of space for the relocation of their warehouse from 15th & Canalport to this location. Sunshine Supply was not represented. Michael D. The Chicago School of Woodworking has leased 10,000 square feet of space within an 80,000 square foot facility at 1801 W. Foster Avenue for the expansion and relocation of its woodworking trade school from 5104 N. Ravenswood in Chicago. The school is doubling its size and chose this location due to the pleasant Ravenswood area and reasonable lease rates. Michael D. Nelson, vice president, Mark A. Also within the 80,000-square-foot facility at 1801 W. Foster Avenue, Myerson, LLC has leased 7,488 square feet of space to accommodate the expansion of the prosthetic tooth company. Michael D.
