Paine/Wetzel • ONCOR International has completed four industrial lease transactions totaling 114,746 square feet in the Chicago area.
Abbott Laboratories has renewed a lease on 61,360 square feet of space within a 172,542-square-foot building located at 1745 Waukegan Road within the Amhurst Lake Business Park in Waukegan. Whit Heitman, principal, and Sam Badger, senior vice president of Paine/Wetzel • ONCOR International represented the building owner, Prudential Insurance Company, in the transaction.
Flexco has leased 31,826 square feet of space within a 98,811-square-foot building, 101 Corporate Center, located at 20W267 101st Street in Lemont. The company, a maker of products that enhance belt conveyor productivity, is relocating their manufacturing operations from Downers Grove. Jerry Sullivan, principal and Brandon Wright, associate of Paine/Wetzel • ONCOR International represented the landlord, Manulife Financial in the transaction and Mike Magliano of Cushman & Wakefield worked on behalf of the tenant.
Nitto Kohki, a distributor of industrial tools, has renewed their lease on a 20,000-square-foot building located at 4525 Turnberry Drive in Hanover Park. Hiloh Izumo, Vice President of Paine/Wetzel • ONCOR International represented Nitto Kohki in the transaction. The building owner, Northern Builders, was self represented by Matt Grusecki.
Jonco Die Company, Inc., a manufacturer of steel rule cutting dies and other tooling for the packaging industries, has leased 1,560 square feet of space within a larger industrial building at 1707 Quincy Avenue in Naperville. This is a new location for the company who chose this facility due to the central and convenient location, the function of the property and the upscale business park setting.
