Paine/Wetzel TCN Worldwide announced that Phil Reiff, Senior Vice President and Phil Reiff Jr., Associate of the firm, represented J&H Fulfillment Company in a new 27,010 square foot lease within the O’Hare Business Park in Schiller Park, Illinois. The space is located within a 108,040 square foot building at 4306 United Parkway.
The fulfillment company is relocating and expanding from 1350 Michael Drive in Wood Dale, IL. They selected the space because of its prime location near O’Hare in a well-maintained business park, 22′ clear height ceilings, two docks and one drive-in door.
The building’s owner, KTR Capital Partners, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Jay Maher.
