Paine/Wetzel · ONCOR International has completed three industrial lease transactions, totaling more than 72,000 square feet in the northern suburbs of Chicago.
The Visual Pak Companies has leased 31,903 square feet of space within a 175,000-square-foot building located at 3701 Burwood Drive in Waukegan. The Visual Pak Companies is a contract packaging solutions provider for customers such as S.C. Johnson, Alberto-Culver, Quaker and Clorox. Whit Heitman, principal and Samuel Badger, Jr., senior pice president of Paine/Wetzel · ONCOR International represented landlord Prudential Real Estate and were the sole brokers involved in the transaction
Worldmark USA has leased 25,025 square feet of space within a 50,000-square-foot industrial facility located at 1640 Northwind in Libertyville. The company, which supplies manufacturers worldwide with security solutions, is relocating from Vernon Hills and chose this building primarily because it is fully air-conditioned with heavy power already in place. Whit Heitman, Principal and Brad Weiner, Vice President of Paine/Wetzel · ONCOR International represented the tenant in the transaction and Ryan Bain of CBRE worked on behalf of the building owner, Southwind Financial.
Tablecraft Products Company, Inc. has renewed their lease of 16,159 square feet of space within a 63,809-square-foot building at 760 Lakeside Drive, within the Grand Tri State Park in Gurnee. The company manufactures tabletop products and kitchen utensils for the hospitality industry as well as consumers. The lease was arranged by Patricia Baldwin, executive vice president and Les Spinner, executive vice president of Paine/Wetzel · ONCOR International.
