Paine Wetzel facilitates lease of 105,000 SF manufacturing facility

Paine Wetzel TCN Worldwide facilitated the purchase of a 105,217-square-foot manufacturing facility in the I-55 Corridor. Paine Wetzel principals Jerry Sullivan and Ed Wabick represented G & W Electric in the transaction for 245 Crossroads Parkway, located on a 12-acre site in Bolingbrook, Illinois.

The property, located near the intersections of Route 53 and I-55, is a single-tenant facility on a large landsite. The building is fully air conditioned, has heavy electrical power and extensive parking. G & W Electric is a manufacturing and distributor of electrical power equipment and its worldwide headquarters are located in Bolingbrook. This acquisition will allow G & W to increase its continued business growth.

Sean Henrick, Kevin Clifton and Jason West from Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, a private investor.
