Ed Wabick, principal of Paine/Wetzel TCN Worldwide, represented T&B Tube Company in its purchase of a 196,000-square-foot building on 14 acres of land at 4000 E. 7th Ave. in Gary, Indiana.
T&B Tube Company provides cut-to-length steel tubing for manufacturers and fabricators. It is expanded and relocating from its location in South Holland, Illinois. Features of the company’s new building include 8,000 square feet of office space, eight drive-in doors, two docks, heavy power, 11 cranes and three-phase power.
