Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide has completed a 111,182-square-foot lease to The Visual Pak Companies located at 1817 Waukegan Road within Amhurst Lakes Business Park in Waukegan.
The Visual Pak Companies is a 30-year old, privately owned group of interdependent contract packaging service companies. The long-term lease renewal accommodates an expansion for the Companies within the park.
Visual Pak chose to stay in this facility primarily due to the proximity to their headquarters facility as well as the full interchange with I-94 and a stoplight entrance to Highway 41. The building offers 28-foot clear ceiling height and great loading capabilities. The Park offers a strategic location and on-site property management.
