Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide has completed the sale of a 30,185-square-foot building in Melrose Park.
Automation Systems Inc., a manufacturer of automotive parts, has purchased the 30,185-square-foot building at 2001 N. 17th Ave. in Melrose Park. The company is expanding and relocating their operations from Franklin Park.
Gregory Wright, senior vice president, and Adam Naparsteck, associate of Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide represented the buyer in the transaction and Todd Heine of Avison Young worked on behalf of the seller, Bob Graham.
