Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide has completed four leases in the Chicago area.
Brown Paper Goods is expanding its operations and has leased 26,642 square feet of space within a 180,000-square-foot building located within the Amhurst Lakes Business Park at 3630 Burwood in Waukegan. Brown Paper Goods manufacturers and distributes specialty paper bags and sheets for the food industry. The company leased the property primarily because of the close proximity to the company’s headquarters at 3530 Birchwood within the Park. Whit Heitman, principal, Sam Badger, SIOR, senior vice president, and Brad Weiner, vice president of Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide represented the landlord, Prudential, in the transaction and Ryan Bain of CBRE worked on behalf of the tenant.
Quest Software Inc., a global software company offering a broad selection of products, is expanding its Buffalo Grove offices. The company chose the 19,288 square feet of space within the 38,000-square-foot building located at 875 Weiland in Deerfield because of the location and class A office space. Royce Sharf and Kevin McLennan of Studley represented Quest Software Inc. in the transaction.
Revolution Foods is expanding and opening a new location in Chicago by leasing 14,818 square feet of space within a 34,269-square-foot building at 1501 S. Blue Island. The company serves more than 600 lunchrooms and more than 120,000 meals each day to students across the country. The 1501 S. Blue Island building is the former Testa Produce building and comes equipped with freezer/cooler space. Revolution Foods will build out their own kitchen and additional spaces. The central location offers immediate access to downtown Chicago and proximity to I-290 as well as I-90/94. Outsource Telecom has leased 1,128 square feet of space within the 99,732-square-foot building at 2800 S. River Road in Des Plains to accommodate the expansion and relocation of the company. Outsource Telecom supplies crews of installers for the structured cabling and electrical industries across the country. Phil Reiff Sr., senior vice president and Phil Reiff Jr., associate of Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide worked on behalf of the tenant in the transaction and Ron Kessler worked on behalf of the landlord, Marc Realty.
