Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide has completed a 24,000-square-foot lease to Data Max Services in Northbrook.
Data Max Services has leased 24,000 square feet of space within a 66,912-square-foot industrial building located at 720-730 Landwehr in Northbrook for the relocation of their operations from Glenview. Data Max is a reseller of point of sale equipment such as cash registers, inventory scanning devices and scales. The company chose the facility due to the excellent location within the high-end tech park, Sky Harbor, as well as the ample office space and parking.
The brick building, owned by First Industrial, was built in 1978 and expanded in 1993. Features include: 16-foot ceiling height, 14,000 square feet of office space, four interior docks and A/C throughout. The facility is situated along the main entrance of the park.
