Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide has completed an industrial lease transaction on behalf of Chicago Properties LLC in Aurora.
Engineered Custom Lubricants has leased a 30,000-square-foot building located at 3847 Exchange in Aurora to accommodate the expansion of the firm’s manufacturing operations. The company, founded in 1954, provides greases, oils and coatings to improve the performance and service life of products. ECL serves a customer base throughout the U.S., Asia and Europe.
Elise Couston, SIOR, executive vice president and Les Spinner, SIOR, executive vice president of Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide worked on behalf of the landlord, Chicago Properties LLC. The tenant was not represented.
