Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide has completed the lease of 6,206 square feet of industrial space at 1856 Elmhurst Road in Mount Prospect.
M&M Fusion Inc. is relocating to accommodate the company’s expansion. The auto parts manufacturer has leased 6,206 square feet of space within the same 56,182-square-foot complex that held their previous operations and chose to stay in the facility due to the location.
Hiloh Izumo, vice president of Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide, represented M&M Fusion in the transaction and Tom Gath of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank worked behalf of the landlord, Principal Life Insurance Co.
