Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide has completed an industrial sale to Powerlink Electric Inc. in Vernon Hills.

Powerlink Electric has purchased a 25,000-square-foot industrial facility located at 400 Corporate Woods in Vernon Hills for the relocation of their operations from another location in Vernon Hills. Powerlink Electric is a full service electrical contractor providing electrical construction and services to the commercial, industrial and high-end residential markets in the Chicago area. The company chose this new building primarily due to the excellent location, one dock and 3,000 square feet of office space available.

Whit Heitman, principal; Samuel Badger, SIOR, senior vice president; and Brad Weiner, vice president of Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide represented the seller, Brevini U.S.A., in the transaction and Tom Boyle along with Jared Paff of Newmark Knight Frank Epic worked on behalf of the buyer.
