Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide has completed a 4.75-acre land sale to Bradford Real Estate Services. The property is located at 7401 W. Lawrence in Harwood Heights.
Bradford Real Estate Services, a privately owned retail developer, has acquired the property with plans for a Mariano’s-anchored retail development. The vacant parcel is the former site of Tornado Industries, and Bradford chose this location primarily due to its arterial street frontage and demographics.
