Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide has completed the lease of a 10,897-square-foot industrial building in Addison.
STI Fleet Services has leased the 10,897-square-foot building for the relocation of their current operations in Bensenville. The company is a leading vehicle management, public relations support and event production firm serving the U.S. automobile industry. STI chose the free-standing building due to its central location and ample parking lot.
Phil Reiff, associate of Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide, represented STI Fleet Services in the transaction and Nick Eboli of Lee and Associates worked on behalf of the building owner.
