Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide has completed the sale of Crossroads Commerce Center, a 127-acre future, planned business park in Rochelle.
A private investor has purchased the property, which is located at I-88 and Main Street in Rochelle and divided by I-88. The rail-served site is zoned for industrial use and Foreign Trade Zone status. The area benefits from a strong labor force with immediate access to I-39 and close proximity to the new Union Pacific Intermodal Facility.
Elise Couston, executive vice president, along with William Kerrins, senior vice president of Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide, represented the seller, Rochelle JV LLC, in the transaction. Jim Planey of Lee & Associates, along with Josh Waddel of MGW worked on behalf of the buyer.
