Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide has completed the sale of the Orland Park Business Center, a 35,788-square-foot industrial building at 11411 W. 183rd St. in Orland Park.
Kharis Properties has purchased the multi-tenant industrial facility as an investment. Constructed in 2004, the brick building features 16-foot clear height, one dock, six drive-in doors and parking for 61 cars.
Gerald Sullivan and Ed Wabick, principals of Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide, worked on behalf of the seller in the transaction and the buyer, Kharis Properties, represented themselves.
