Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide has completed an industrial sale transaction to Nickelson Industrial Service Inc.

Nickelson Industrial Service Inc., a demolition contractor that specializes in machinery dismantlement, is expanding from its current location in Chicago and purchased the 16,600- square-foot building at 10115 South Torrence Ave. in Chicago. The company chose the location because of the close proximity to the main storage facility and found this site to be excellent for storing  material and equipment. The building is also close to the highway system, has 16-foot ceilings, heavy power, two truck doors and one truck dock.

Edward Wabick, principal, and Albert Schulman, senior vice president of Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide worked on behalf of the seller and were the sole brokers in the transaction.
