Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide completes three lease transactions

Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide has completed three lease transactions in the Chicago area.

Accel Entertainment has leased 13,835 square feet of space within the 98,811-square-foot 101 Corporate Center at 20W267 101st St. in Lemont. The video gaming company is relocating from Chicago and chose this location because of the easy access to I-55 and close proximity to I-294 and I-355.  The 18-foot clear building offers 2,604-square-foot office space, one drive in door and ample power. Gerald Sullivan, principal of Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide, represented the landlord, Manulife Financial, in the transaction.  Doug Hayes, managing director of NelsonHill, worked on behalf of the tenant.

Stanley Access Technologies has renewed its lease of 6,900 square feet of space at 925 N. State St. in Elgin. The company manufactures automated doors. Elise A. Couston, SIOR, senior vice president, and Les Spinner, executive vice president of Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide represented the landlord, Chicago Properties LLC, in the transaction and John Gledhill of CBRE worked on behalf of the tenant.

Mac Cleens Auto Wash of Schiller Park has renewed its 2,717-square-foot lease within a 31,000-square-foot industrial building located at 600 Northgate Parkway in Wheeling. The company chose to remain in the building due to the location. Elise A. Couston, SIOR, senior vice president of Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide represented the landlord, Chicago Properties LLC, in the transaction and the tenant was not represented.
