Theresa Gleason, vice president of Paine/Wetzel TCN Worldwide, has completed two industrial sale transactions in Elk Grove Village.

E.J. Welch & Company has purchased a 75,072-square-foot industrial building located at 2601 Lively Boulevard in Elk Grove Village. The flooring company is relocating its operations from Morse Avenue in Elk Grove Village. Built in 1973, the building has undergone extensive remodeling and features 5,864 square feet of office space, six interior docks, one drive-in door and parking for 56 cars.  Gleason represented the buyer in the transaction. Mike Sedjo, Kevin Segerson and Chris Zubel of CBRE worked on behalf of the seller, Prologis.

Eleganza Tiles has acquired a 36,323-square-foot building at 2200 W. Devon Ave. in Elk Grove Village. The company is a distributor of ceramic and porcelain tiles in North America for residential and commercial use. After leasing the property for five years, Eleganza Tiles made the decision to buy the facility based on the location with immediate expressway access as well as the visibility on Devon Avenue. Gleason represented both the buyer and the seller, Sitex Group, in the transaction.
