Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide has completed two industrial transactions.
971 W. Industrial LLC has purchased a 99,702-square-foot industrial facility situated at 5.13 acres located at 971 W. Industrial Drive in Aurora. The company is expanding and relocating from Aurora to this new building due to its location. Elise Couston, SIOR, executive vice president, and William Kerrins, senior vice president of Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide, represented the seller, Filtration Group. David Prell and David Justh of CBRE worked on behalf of the buyer.
All My Sons Moving & Storage has leased 14,188 square feet at 10216 Werch Drive in Woodridge. The moving and storage company is expanding and relocating its operations from Bellwood and chose the property due to the location and easy access to expressway system. Couston along with Alexis Martinez of Rubicon Representation of Dallas represented the tenant in the transaction. Caroline Sullivan and Terry Grapethin of Cawley Chicago worked on behalf of the landlord, Cawley Chicago.
