Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide has completed two industrial lease transactions on behalf of Chicago Properties LLC.
Dana-Matt Truck Repair has signed a 5,500-square-foot lease at 2130 Oxford, Des Plaines. The vehicle repair company is relocating and chose this facility as a new location for their operations. Elise A. Couston, SIOR, principal of Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide represented the landlord, Chicago Properties LLC, in the transaction and Brad Bullington of GC Realty worked on behalf of the tenant.
SmartWatt Energy has signed a 2,707-square-foot lease within a 31,725-square-foot building at 600 Northgate Parkway in Wheeling. SmartWatt Energy is a nationwide provider of turnkey energy-efficiency solutions. The company provides whole-building energy assessments and implements lighting retrofits, variable frequency drive upgrades, control system enhancements and other energy conservations measures to help commercial, industrial, government and utility customers meet their sustainability goals. SmartWatt Energy is expanding into Wheeling and chose the facility primarily because of its location and being in excellent condition. Elise A.
