Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide has completed two sale transactions within the Chicago suburbs.

Touge Factory Racing & Apparel is relocating and has purchased a 31,000-square-foot building at 2181 S. Foster in Wheeling. This car customizing company chose the building due to the location and the curb appeal. Whit Heitman, principal; Sam Badger, SIOR, senior vice president; and Bradley Weiner, vice president of Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide represented the seller, Scherston Real Estate Investments LLC.  John H. Hauser, principal, of Avison Young Inc. represented the buyer.

Quality Tool, a manufacturing company, has purchased a 22,000-square-foot building at 605 Bonnie Lane in Elk Grove. The company is relocating and chose the facility based on the amenities and price of the building. Gregory Wright, senior vice president and Adam Naparsteck, associate of Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide represented the seller, M & M Bank.
