Touge Factory Racing & Apparel is relocating and has purchased a 31,000-square-foot building at 2181 S. Foster in Wheeling. This car customizing company chose the building due to the location and the curb appeal. John H. Hauser, principal, of Avison Young Inc. represented the buyer.
Quality Tool, a manufacturing company, has purchased a 22,000-square-foot building at 605 Bonnie Lane in Elk Grove. The company is relocating and chose the facility based on the amenities and price of the building.
