Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide along with NelsonHill have completed two, 10-year leases totaling more than 87,000 square feet within the 136,000-square-foot industrial building located at 2701 S. Western Ave. in Chicago.
Anderson Brothers Moving and Storage Co. signed a lease for 50,438 square feet as a relocation of their operations from 3141 N. Sheffield in Lincoln Park (which sold for redevelopment). Ed Wabick of Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide along with Mark Nelson and Michael Nelson of NelsonHill represented the landlord ARES Capital in the transaction. Lou Kahn, Ed Gerstein and Daniel Day of Jameson Commercial worked on behalf of the tenant.
The Moody Bible Institute of Chicago has leased 36,956 square feet of space to accommodate the expansion and relocation of their book publishing division from the Old Town campus on Wells Street in Chicago. Wabick along with Mark Nelson and Michael Nelson represented ownership, ARES Capital in the transaction. Julie Lane of Bradford Allen worked on behalf of the tenant.
