Paine/Wetzel TCN Worldwide (PW) announced that its senior vice president, Jeff Blake, represented Space Center Inc. in a new lease of 140,000 square feet in a 650,000-square- foot building in Aurora, Illinois. The new tenant is International Paper.
The paper company liked the long-term lease as well as the 13 exterior docks, one drive in door, parking for 26 trailers and 30-foot ceilings.
Lee & Associates’ Michael Androwich and Michael Androwich, Jr represented the tenant, International Paper in the transaction, valued at about $2.5 million.
