Phil Reiff Sr., senior vice president, and Phil Reiff Jr., associate of Paine/Wetzel TCN Worldwide have completed two leases, a sale and a build-to-suit for industrial tenants in suburban Chicago.

Ross International, a reverse supply chain company, signed a 40,000-square-foot lease within a 107,200-square-foot building at 1239-1251 Mark St. in Elk Grove.

The company, which helps companies remove supplies from their buildings, is relocating and expanding from its previous location at 750 Pratt, also in Elk Grove.  The new facility will feature 24-foot clear height, three docks and one drive-in dock. Paine/Wetzel TCN Worldwide’s Reiff team represented Ross International in the transaction. CBRE’s Kevin Segerson represented the owner, Prologis.

The Reiff team also represented Schneider Graphics in a built-to-suit transaction at 885 Tesler Road in Lake Zurich. The printing and graphics company is relocating from 200 Wilson Court in Bensenville. Flex Construction will build the 21,000-square-foot state-of-the-art printing facility.  The owner in the transaction was represented by New London Associates. Schneider Graphics will move into its new space on March 1.

Delta Laboratories bought a new 20,090-square-foot building at 1601 Lively in Elk Grove. The building is on a 1.02-acre site and features 18-foot ceiling clear height, two exterior docks and one drive-in dock, expanding on Delta’s current space. Paine/Wetzel TCN Worldwide’s Reiff team represented both Delta Laboratories, a personal hygiene product manufacturer that makes lotions and shampoos, as well as the seller, Gamon International.

The Reiff team also represented Key Code Media, a digital media communication sales company, in a new 6,007-square-foot lease at the Plumwood Tech Center, 1201 Wiley in Schaumburg. This is a new location for the Burbank, Calif.-based company.  Entre Commercial’s Dan Benassi represented the landlord, Exeter Property Group. Key Code Media will move into its new space on March 1.
