Paine/Wetzel TCN Worldwide announced that the firm’s Principals Ed Wabick and Curt Stanton along with Senior Associate Patrick Fitzgerald have completed a 25,488 square foot lease within a 100,000 square foot building at 7650 W. 185th Street in Tinley Park on behalf of their client Emerson Process Management.
Emerson Process Management assists companies in controlling and managing their water and energy processes to cut costs and create efficiency. The company, already located in Tinley Park, is expanding their operations into this new location. Emerson selected the building due to the close proximity to expressways, train station, hotels and restaurants. The 30′ clear building features five docks, one drive-in door and parking for up to 60 cars.
