Paine/Wetzel TCN Worldwide announced that Ed Wabick, Principal and Al Schulman, Senior Vice President with the firm, have represented B&J Wire, Inc. in their industrial sale on the southwest side of Chicago.

Vogue Cleaners, a commercial laundry company, is expanding its business and has purchased a 21,750 square foot building at 2643 W. 19th Street. The laundry company selected the building primarily due to the 17′ clear ceiling height, good electrical power, and ample truck loading and vehicle parking spaces.

The building has three-phase electrical power and land site of 40,000 square feet for building expansion and parking. Another consideration is the close proximity to Chicago’s CBD and public transportation. Wabick and Schulman worked on behalf of the seller, B& J Wire, Inc. in the transaction. The buyer was self-represented.
