Paine/Wetzel TCN Worldwide (PW) announced that Jerry Sullivan and Ed Wabick, Principals with the firm, have completed the sale of a 21,440 square foot building in Tinley Park to Consolidated School District #146. The building, situated on one acre of land, is located at 17549 Duvan Drive.

Consolidated School District #146 is expanding its warehouse and storage space with the purchase of this building. The district selected the building primarily due to the close proximity to all of the schools within the district. The building includes 2,800 square feet of office, 18′ clear height ceilings, two truck docks, two drive-in doors and heavy three-phase power.

Baird & Warner Orland Park’s Marty King represented the seller, 17549 Duvan Drive, LLC, in the transaction. The school district took occupancy of the building on January 30, 2015.
