Paine/Wetzel TCN Worldwide (PW) announced that Principal Jerry Sullivan and Associate Brian Wabick, have completed a 31,235 square foot industrial lease for Amerisource at 217-219 E. 71st Street in Harvey, Illinois. The lease is within a 94,640 square foot building and represents a new Illinois location for Amerisource.
Amerisource is an industrial supply company that will distribute throughout the metro Chicago area and selected the building as a distribution center because of its great access to I-80, I-57 and I-94. The space includes four docks and one drive-in door as well as 24′ clear ceilings and easy parking for trucks.
Bob Hennessy of Simborg Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord, CT Harvey LLC, in the transaction.
