Two new tenants have opened their doors at The Greene Town Center, a 72-acre, 1.1-million-square-foot open-air mixed use center in Dayton, Ohio.
Off Par Golf & Social and Taste of Belgium recently opened, joining more than 100 stores and restaurants, a Von Maur department store, a movie theater and a comedy club.
Off Par Golf & Social is an indoor golf simulator facility and event venue that offers a unique and fun way to play golf in the great indoors. The 5,800-square-foot Off Par Golf features seven state-of-the-art simulators that allow players to experience real golf courses from around the world. Off Par Golf & Social includes a full service bar and partners with local restaurants for food, so players and their guests can enjoy a drink and a bite to eat while they play. The new Off Par Golf & Social is located at 14 Greene Boulevard, next to Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar and across the street from the Sleep Number store.
Taste of Belgium is a dining concept from a Cincinnati-based restaurant group that specializes in Belgian-inspired cuisine. The menu features traditional Belgian dishes such as waffles, frites, and mussels, as well as American classics with a Belgian twist. The 3,800-square-foot restaurant, which is open for breakfast through dinner, also has a full-service bar with exceptional European Bier offerings as well as other unique beverage options. The new Taste of Belgium, which officially opened June 1st, is located at 10 Greene Boulevard and visible at the main entry to the Greene on Indian Ripple Road.
