Colliers International | Chicago’s Industrial Advisory Group represented Panattoni Development Company and joint venture partner LaSalle Investment Management in three new leases totaling 290,925 square feet at 101 Gary Avenue and 501 Gary Avenue in Roselle, Illinois.
Construction is now complete on both properties which represent the final phase of Panattoni’s five-building Turnberry Lakes Business Park development, which is now 100% leased.
Ronald J. Behm, SIOR; Jeffrey J. Kapcheck, SIOR; and Matthew J. Stauber, SIOR; all principals with Colliers International | Chicago’s Industrial Advisory Group, have leased the Turnberry Lakes complex on behalf of Panattoni since the first property was constructed at 401 Gary Avenue in 2008.
