Hope for a better year. That’s what the panelists at the 9th annual Cincinnati Commercial Real Estate Summit held by Midwest Real Estate News shared with the more than 100 CRE professionals who attended the Feb. 27 event.
Panelists said that the fundamentals of the Cincinnati commercial real estate industry remain strong, and that the market showed plenty of resilience during the last two years.
Panelists pointed to the multifamily and industrial sectors as being especially strong as the first quarter of 2025 rolls along. And the office sector? While that continues to struggle, as it has across the country, panelists did find slivers of hope for the office sector, especially for higher-end, Class-A properties.
In addition to panels focusing on new development activity, the capital markets and commercial financing, the event held at the Westin Cincinnati provided attendees with three hours of continuing education credit and an opportunity to network with their peers.
