Straight Arrow Holdings, LLC purchased a 32,000-square-foot industrial warehouse on 2.31 acres at 4603 W. Mitchell St. in West Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
The property will be used for an expansion of Davis Seasonal Maintenance and Premier Landscape Products, which occupy an adjacent property.
