PARADIGM Real Estate represented Ideal Industries Lighting, LLC in the sale of a 13,832-square-foot office building on 3.42 acres at 9301 Washington Ave. in Sturtevant, Wisconsin.
The building was previously occupied by Cree Lighting, which is consolidating those operations into its adjacent manufacturing facility.
The buyer, McLick, LLC, is an affiliate of the Magnolia Spring Veterinary Center, which will renovate the building for a new clinic.
Matt Friedman and Brian Parrish represented the seller in the transaction, and Max Fahnrich of Shorewest represented the buyer.
