Paramount Lodging Advisors (PLA) announced the sale of the 79-room Baymont Inn & Suites in Calumet City, Illinois located at 510 East End Avenue. PLA exclusively represented the seller.

A Toronto based investor acquired the hotel, representing their first purchase in the lodging space. They plan to retain the Baymont flag and undergo a significant renovation of the property.
