Tom Commerford, vice president of investment services of Paramount Real Estate Corp./TCN Worldwide, recently sold Northstar Marketplace, a 96,356-square-foot shopping center in Ramsey, Minn.
The property sold for $14 million and closed on Nov. 30.
The property includes such tenants as Coborn’s, Acapulco Mexican Restaurant, Anytime Fitness and Caribou Coffee.
Commerford represented the seller, Solomon Real Estate Group, LLC. He also represented the buyer, Phillips Edison & Company of Ohio.
