CBRE announced that Parker Plastics Inc. has leased 75,281 square feet at 8201 109th St. in Pleasant Prairie, Wis.
Parker Plastics is a privately owned company opened in 1989 and focuses on developing custom container programs. Currently, Parker Plastics runs nearly 300 molds utilizing PET, HDPE, LDPE and PP.
Keith Puritz, Brett Kroner, Ryan Bain and Zach Graham represented Parker Plastics Inc., and Sam Badger and Whit Heitman represented the landlord, CenterPoint 8201 109th Street LLC.
