Stephens brings more than 20 years of experience advising institutional investors, private equity firms, and family offices across the U.S., with a proven track record of executing more than $5 billion in transactions and advisory assignments over the past five years. Stephens is a Midwest regional lead of Partner’s National Multifamily Practice and a member of the National Self-Storage Practice.
Stephens’ expertise spans investment sales, strategic advisory, and asset valuation across all major property types. Recognized as a multi-year CoStar Power Broker and top producer, Stephens has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor in complex, high-value engagements. Most recently, he served as Director of Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield, where he advised clients on acquisition and disposition strategies and delivered advisory services.
Stephens holds certifications as a Certified General Appraiser and Real Estate Salesperson and is well-versed in advanced financial modeling and market analysis.
